New Casino in Oklahoma 2023
In 2023, a new casino will open in southeastern Oklahoma. This casino will be called Choctaw Landing and will be located near Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park.
The new casino will have 100 hotel rooms, 600 slot machines, eight table games and many other amenities. It will also have restaurants, bars, a pool and outdoor amphitheater.
Choctaw Landing
The Choctaw Nation has announced that its newest gaming property will be named Choctaw Landing. It will be built in southeastern Oklahoma, near popular vacation destinations Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park.
The 200,000-square-foot casino will feature 100 hotel rooms, 600 slot machines, eight table games and many other amenities. The four-story resort will cost $165 million to construct, creating more than 2,000 jobs.
When complete in late 2023, Choctaw Landing will be about 180 miles northeast of Dallas. It will be the second Choctaw Nation gaming and entertainment complex in this region.
According to the Choctaw Nation, it plans to invest $238 million on the project and create more than 400 new jobs. The facility will be four stories and 200,000 square feet, with 100 hotel rooms, 600 slots, eight table games, restaurants, bars, a pool, an outdoor amphitheater and a family-friendly game zone.
The project is the latest in a series of hospitality and gaming projects for the Choctaw Nation, which has recently opened its 21-story Sky Tower in Durant, Oklahoma. The Choctaw Nation has a history of successful collaboration with construction companies like Manhattan Construction Company and JCJ Architecture, which are the lead partners on this project.
Enid
A new casino is coming to the Oklahoma City area, and it could be a game changer for the region. The United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians wants to build a 20,000 square foot facility that will be the first of its kind in the state.
